about

Delaney Legal PLLC is a fully virtual, woman-owned law firm in the Dallas area supporting corporate clients of all sizes.

Karen Delaney is a down to earth, pragmatic lawyer who is known for getting straight to the critical issues so her clients can focus on their business. Because she’s run a corporate Legal Department and knows well the pressure companies face in managing legal costs in a world of ever-growing complexity, Karen views herself as a key partner to her clients—whether it’s getting that crucial deal point or managing the bottom line.
